10/2018

We reviewed phone statistics for the phone schedule.  We have no current Demands to Bargain.  We reviewed the Infants in the Workplace Policy.                             

8/2018

We reviewed some statistics from the phone schedule changes that were recently implemented.  A second review was conducted.  We were slated to meet again this month and have moved that meeting to September due to bargaining date conflicts.  We have one Demand to Bargain coming up related to Risk Codes.

6/2018

We reviewed some statistics from the phone schedule changes that were recently implemented.  This was our second review.  We will be looking at the data again in August

5/2018

We met to discuss some policy changes in an informal Demand to Bargain.  The revised policies were approved.  OMWBE is working on some strategic planning with Edge. We reviewed some statistics from the phone schedule changes which were recently implemented.  We will be meeting again next month for an update to those stats to see if any adjustment is needed.

2/19/18

We met on February 21st to discuss two Demand to Bargain.  The Layoff notice has been given, accepted, and appropriate process followed.  The Phone Schedule/Work Change issue was discussed.  Of the two options, we combined them.  OMWBE will implement the schedule.  Phone time will be adjusted in real time as needed.  We will meet again on May 7th to review the data to see if adjustments need to be made.  We will meet again in June following the Memorial Day weekend to look a potential impacts regarding holidays on the schedule.      

12/19/17 

We have no Demands to Bargain at this time.  We have one case coming up for arbitration.  Met with the attorney involved to prep case.   We did receive notice of a one person layoff.  We also received notice of a reorganization which would bring work currently contracted back into the agency and reduce costs.
